While it is possible to teach someone the rules of grammar, the question arises: can the essence of poetry be taught in the same structured manner? This question has been a constant in my mind since I began my journey in art school. My personal experience has shown that much of what I have learned has come from engaging in meaningful dialogues with eminent artists of the time. The wisdom and experiences shared by legendary artists such as M.F. Husain, Akbar Padamsee, Ram Kumar, Prabhakar Barwe, Prabhakar Kolte, and Vijay Shinde have significantly shaped my thoughts and artistic process.
