‘Color Bleed’ appears to mimic the dripping of raindrops that would grow into a storm. The angles mark the tumultuous nature of the sky before the droplets decend on a window pane at midnight.

The artist says that this artwork was created in 2020.

This artwork was made by layering a coloured paintwork underneath the layer of black ink. The acrylic paint over it then bled into the underlayers to form the distinct coloured droplets. The sky was coloured in blue marker after the layers below were dried up.

This artwork took 14 hours to make.
