If a session is cancelled entirely, registered participants will be offered an alternative session where possible.

The nature of a live festival means that unforeseen changes to timing, instructors, venues, or sessions may occur.
The festival will communicate any significant changes as early as possible but cannot guarantee the programme as originally published.

The festival is not liable for travel, accommodation, or any other costs incurred by participants as a result of programme changes.
