Painting is a form of surrender for me, where each canvas dictates its own path. There?s no fixed method, no rigid rules. Sometimes, the flow is uninterrupted, and I lose myself in hours of painting. Other times, brushes remain untouched for months. The journey feels organic unforced and intuitive.
Acrylics, fluid watercolors, and gouache are my go-to mediums. They reflect different aspects of my emotions: the brightness of acrylics, the free-flowing nature of watercolors, and the depth of gouache all resonate with how I feel in the moment. I don’t chase a central theme, nor do I adhere to one style. Exploration excites me technique is secondary to the sheer joy of creation.
I don?t create with grand messages in mind. Rather, I seek to share moments of happiness and hope viewers find something to smile about when they see my work. Painting is both a discovery of my artist self and a means of offering a little piece of joy to those who engage with it.
